She attended schools in Helena and was a graduate of Massena High School and Adirondack Commercial College, Malone.
She married Roy C. Barstow on Dec. 30, 1950, at St. Patrick's Church, Hogansburg.
A homemaker, she was employed by Aluminum Company of America for a short time and served on the war rationing board during World War II.
Surviving was her husband; two sons and a daughter-in- law, Peter, and his companion, Samantha Johnson; John and Stephanie; a daughter and son-in- law, Anne and Carl Huttel; a sister, Nancy Mahoney, Helena; two brothers-in-law and a sister-in- law, Robert Derouchie; Robert and Helen Barstow; a sister-in- law, Helen Lantry Murphy; and four grandchildren.
Her parents, a daughter, Mary Jane Barstow, a sister Catherine Derouchie, two brothers, Henry and Jerry Lantry, and a grandson died before her.
