Jennie Johnson Ashley
Born in Ashe County, N.C., February 14, 1871, Jennie Johnson Ashley was the daugher of Barnabas Henderson Johnson and Caroline Graybeal Johnson.
Jennie Johnson married John L. Ashley in Ashe County, N.C.; they had five children. Children were Elizabeth "Lizzie", Henry, Howard, Cora Lee, and Raymond Ashley.
In the early 1900's, sometime between the 1900 and 1910 census, Jennie, her husband and chilren moved from the East Coast to the West Coast and settled in Washington State with then living on the west coast the remainder of thier lives.
