Irma died Friday at Timberwood Court.

She was born in Binford, N.D., the daughter of Kit Carson Graber and Iva Mae McKeehan Graber. She moved to Fort Madison, Iowa, then back to Devils Lake, N.D., before moving to Albany in 1936.

Irma married Eugene Foley on July 4, 1940, in Albany. They were married over 65 years.

She had worked at Woolworth's and Murphy's Street Inn in Albany. She was a member of the American Legion.

Irma is survived by husband Eugene Foley of Albany; sons Dale Foley of Albany and Larry Foley of Germany; daughter Betty Zanger of Cupertino, Calif.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Burt, Kermit, Carson, Willard, Gail, Noel and Gordon Graber, and sisters Nellie Graber, Velma Smith and Cassie Weir.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel at Willamette Memorial Park. Following the service, there will be a gathering at the IOOF Hall, 738 S.E. Fifth St., Albany. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association in care of Fisher Funeral Home, 306 S.W. Washington, Albany, OR 97321 (www.fisherfuneralhome.com).
