Marion J. Landes, 76, 933 Hazlett St., died suddenly Sunday afternoon at St. Johns Hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Anderson, he retired from Delco Remy Division and was a dealer in antiques and coins. He was a member of the Madison and Delaware Counties Coin club. Surviving are his wife, Blanche; three children, William of Alexandria, Max of Seattle Wash., and Mrs. Charles (Laura Louise) Conaway of Arcadia; two brothers, Herman and Kenneth of Anderson; two sisters, Dora Landes of Anderson and Mrs. Paul (Gladys) Enright of Arcadia; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Baker Brothers Funeral Home with Earl Willoughby officiating. Burial will be at East Maplewood Cemetery.
