Mrs. Georgianna Allison
Mrs. Georgianna Allison, 77, died Monday at 11:30 p.m. at her home, 230 California Ave., Chester, after a long illness. A life-long resident of Hancock county, Mrs. Allison was a member of the Chester United Presbyterian church. She leaves five daughters, Mrs. John Cunningham of Pughtown, Mrs. William C. Oyster and Mrs. Paul Johnston, both of Chester, Mrs. Viva M. Hune of East Liverpool, and Miss Olive Allison, at home; four sons, Floyd T. Allison and Lester L. Allison, both of Chester, John Allison of Beaver Falls, and Charles H. Allison of Antioch, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Babb and Mrs. Gertrude Allison, both of Chester, and 18 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the home of Mrs. Johnston. 229 Virginia Ave, by Rev. Howard Rank of the Chester United Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery. The body will be removed this afternoon from the Stewart Funeral Home at Hookstown to the Johnston home where friends may call any time.
