Claris E. Coles, 70, of 2533 Rhode Island Ave., SE died Friday at 4:45 p.m. at Doctors Hospital, where she had been a patient since July 3.
Mrs. Coles was born in Holmes, County. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Alford L. Coles, died in 1979. Surviving are three sons, William Gearhart, Irvin Coles and Staff Sgt. Tom Coles; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Atkinson-Feucht-Shaidnagle Funeral Home. Interment will be made in Dalton Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
