WIGGINS - Mrs. Adell Davenport, 80 of Wiggins, died Wednesday, October 18, 2000 at Wiggins.
Mrs. Davenport was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Memorial Baptist Church in Wiggins.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Nolan Davenport; a son, Robert "Shorty" Davenport; and parents, Oscar and Ida Brownlee.
She is survived by five sons, Wesley Davenport of Wiggins, Rudy Davenport of Wiggins, James (Luch) Davenport of Wiggins, Glenn (Cotton) Davenport of Wiggins and Donald (Bud) Davenport of Hainesville, LA; three sisters, Katie Kelly, Martha Jones and Estelle Williams all of Laurel; one brother, Albert Brownlee of Laurel; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Services were held Friday, October 20 at Landmark Memorial Baptist Church with interment in Landmark Memorial Cemetery.
Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins was in charge of arrangements.
