Mr. Antley was the oldest of ten children born to the union of George Marion Antley and Emma P. Crews, who married in Lincoln Parish on September 16, 1874. He married Charity Manerva Parks in Winn Parish on March 27, 1904.

Parks Antley; four sons, Hubert Jefferson Antley, Henry Rosenfield Antley, David Oscar Antley, and Eugene Antley; four daughters, Mary Emma Antley, Allie Verall Antley, Lela Mae Antley, and O. L. Antley; his father, George M. Antley; three sisters, Mary Eliza Shows, Bettie Elizabeth King, and Lettie Demetria Wilson; four brothers, George Allen Antley, John Abner Antley, Eugene Ellis Antley, and David Ether Antley.
