James Ralph Baily, 58 years, of Carmichaels, R. D., died Tuesday, December 10, 1957, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. Death was due to injuries sustained in a tractor accident. He was a son of Eli F. and the late Mary Adamson Baily, and was born February 28, 1889, in Carmichaels. Mr. Baily never married. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Carmichaels and Carmichaels-Cumberland Township Volunteer Fire Company. He was also an officer in Carmichaels Grange. Surviving are his father, two brothers, Ruby Baily of Carmichaels and Joseph W. Baily of East Millsboro; and two sisters, Miss Garnet Baily and Miss Anna Baily, of Carmichaels. One brother, Norval Baily, is deceased. Funeral services will be held Friday in the Condit Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Alfred Deemer. Interment in Laurel Point Cemetery.
