Dr. William O. Spencer, 65, a practicing physician of Multnomah, Or., died at his home there Yesterday. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Mable Spencer, and a son, John of Multnomah, and two sisters, Mrs. James Eddie and Mrs. Alta Cokely, and a brother Russell Spencer, all residing in California.
Dr. Spencer was a member of the Rotary club. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by J. P. Finley & Sons.
