Clifford O. Brocious
Clifford O. Brocious, 68, of 1418 Harvard Ave., Natrona Heights, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Allegheny Valley Hospital following an apparent heart attack.
He was born in Clarion County, July 17, 1908, the son of Norman and Vernie (Young)Brocious and had lived in Natrona Heights the past four years.
He was a retired foreman at the Brackenridge Works of Allegheny Ludlum Industries, No. 9 Dept. He retired in 1970 after 40 years of employment.
He is survived by is widow, the former Inez Lawrence; two sons, Terry C. of Lower Burrell, and Denver H. of Sarver; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Connie) Gamble of Natrona Heights; and three grandchildren.
Three brothers also survive - Ferman and Jerry, both of Kittanning, and Darl of Worthington.
Six sisters survive: Mrs. Virginia Plauny of New Bethlehem; Mrs. Anna Litz of Youngstown, O; Mrs. Twila Stitt of Hawthorn; Mrs. Marie Zellefrow of Worthington; Mrs. Phyllis Croyle of Conneaut Lake; and Mrs. Vernie Snyder of Kittanning.
BROCIOUS - Friends of Cliffor O. Brocious, who died Oct. 23, 1976, will be received at the Robert E. Peters Funeral Home, 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, where service will be held at 11:30 a.m.Tuesday with the Rev. Frank M. Crostley, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tarentum, officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. Arrangements by Peters.
