Parents: Nikodemas & Theodora (Barvydaite) Kulikauskas, Lithuanian immigrants. The family moved from Cicero, IL to Albion, MI in September, 1918, where Joe grew up. Spouse: Megan Thompson, married October 7, 1946, South Wales, United Kingdom. Joe worked at the Albion Malleable Iron Company for three years. He then was inducted into the U.S. Army in April, 1942. Joe served in World War II with the 1st 707 Military Police Batallion for 3 years, and fought at Normandy, France, 10 days after D-Day. He was wounded in battle and spent time at Percy Jones Hospital in Battle Creek before being discharged in 1945. Following the War, Joe drove truck for the Albion Beverage Products for three years. He then for Post Cereals in Battle Creek for 32 years. He retired in 1981. Son Terrance: #892781.
