Death Claims Ex-Marshal Of Kaysville
KAYSVILLE—Franklin Williams, 87, former state road supervisor in Davis County and Kaysville town marshal, died Saturday of causes incident to age in an Ogden rest home. He was born Sept. 19, 1874, in Kaysville, to Ebenezer A. and Ada Evans Williams. He married Effie Lucy Udy Williams Nov. 17, 1897, In the Salt Lake Temple. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died Nov. 9, 1961.
SURVIVORS include three sons and a daughter, R. Ralph Williams, Kaysville; Rulon H. and Grant E. Williams, both of Ogden; Mrs. Fred R. (Clarice) Kershaw, Kaysville; four grandchildren; 11 great-grand-children; a brother, Orton A. Williams, KaysvWe, and a sister, Mrs. Mabell Mattson, Ogden.
FUNERAL SERVICES will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Lindquist Mortuary, 340 N. Main, Kaysville. Friends may call at the mortuary Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday prior to services. Burial will be in the Kaysville -Layton Memorial Park.
