Daughter of George B. and Elizabeth McDonald DeLong, she married Elmer Pardee, was widowed, lived at Franklin, died in the Corry Hospital, where she'd been 3 weeks, of stomach cancer, per death certificate 35485, whose informant was George W. Geddes, 220 S. Center St., Corry, PA.

Mrs. bertha M. Pardee, 53, formerly of Franklin, died in Corry Hospital, Corry, where she had been 3 weeks, at 2:05 pm Wednesday after an extended illness. She was born Dec. 3, 1890, in Franklin, daughter of George B. and Elizabeth McDonald DeLong.

She spent almost all her life in this area, moving to Corry 3 years ago to live with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George D. Geddes.

Surviving are her daughter; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Lindsey of Franklin, Mrs. Bess Brannon of Franklin, and Mrs. Edith Brannon of Oil City; five brothers. Arthur DeLong of Raymilton, Harvey and Gilbert DeLong of Franklin; Burton DeLong of Meadville, and LeRoy DeLong of Franklin.

Services will be at 2 pm Saturday at Barron Chapel with Rev. Harry W. Slagle of Congress Hill Church of God officiating. Interment will be in Graham Cemetery.
