Mrs. Bruce Rothell, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Toccoa, died Friday night
at her home after suffering a heart attack.
She was a daughter of the late Andrew J. and Mary Jane Kesler Purcell of Franklin County, and spent the greater part of her life in Toccoa, moving to Hampton 3 years ago.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Leon Williams of Hampton, VA, and one grandson, Steve Williams of Hampton; 3 brothers, Henry Purcell and Mace Purcell, both of Toccoa and Claude Purcell of Martinez, GA; 5 sisters, Mrs. J. J. Strange, Mrs. Harrison Andrews, Mrs. Holman Andrews, Mrs. H. E. Clark, all of Toccoa and Mrs. B. F. Tuck of Atlanta.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday from the First Methodist Church in Hampton and burial was in Parklawn Memorial Park there.
