Mr. Bougher was a retired conductor on the Western Maryland Railroad. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, and of the F.O. Eagles, Hagerstown.
Besides his wife, he is survived by stepson, Charles D. Scott, Hagerstown; half-sisters, Mrs. Mary Davis, Alverda, Pa.; Mrs. Leta Rice, Barnesboro, Pa.; Mrs. Blanche Clawson, Duncansville, Pa.; half-brothers, Leonard Bougher, Harry Bougher, and James Bougher, all of Altoona, Pa.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Norment Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
