MAHLON A. BOUGHER, 39 E. Washington St., husband of Mrs. Mary Jane Scott Bougher, died at Washington County Hospital Saturday, aged 73 years. Born in Altoona, Pa., he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Bougher. He had resided in Hagerstown for the past forty years.

Mr. Bougher was a retired conductor on the Western Maryland Railroad. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, and of the F.O. Eagles, Hagerstown.

Besides his wife, he is survived by stepson, Charles D. Scott, Hagerstown; half-sisters, Mrs. Mary Davis, Alverda, Pa.; Mrs. Leta Rice, Barnesboro, Pa.; Mrs. Blanche Clawson, Duncansville, Pa.; half-brothers, Leonard Bougher, Harry Bougher, and James Bougher, all of Altoona, Pa.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Norment Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
