Iris Taylor, 95, of North Vernon died at 9:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at Heritage House of Seymour.
Mrs. Taylor was a purchasing agent for Reliance and lived most of her life in Terra Haute.
Born Oct. 25, 1904, in Jennings County, she was the daughter of Newton and Ethelyn Mac Pherson Childs. On May 19, 1973 , in Terra Haute, she married Lloyd Taylor. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews, including Stephen Ritchey, North Vernon.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Myron Childs, Maynard Childs and Roy Childs; and three sisters, Evelyn Clark, Faye Ritchey and Doris Pittman.
The Rev. Robert Franklin will conduct funeral services at 1:p.m. Wednesday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
