Ronald Lee Beard was born March 2, 1948, in Waverly, Iowa, the son of Floyd E. and P. Evelyn (Pierce) Beard. Ronald was disabled for many years following a car-train accident. He formerly worked at the Nashua Creamery in Nashua during the 1970's.
Ronald is survived by two brothers, Robert L. (Laura) Beard of Reinbeck, IA and Kenneth D. (Clara) Beard of Plainfield, IA; five nieces, Tammy Robbins, Bobbie Jo Bend, Angela Mohn, Cynthia A. Beard and Lori Strawhun.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
