She was a Postmaster at Browns Post Office for many years. She was a member of Browns United Methodist Church and The Methodist Women. She also served on the Browns Cemetery Board.
She is survived by her husband: Owen of Browns, 2 daughters: Marianne (John) Weber of Albion, Melinda (Dean) Thomason of Browns, 1 son: David (Debbie) Ewing of Chapel Hill, NC, grandson Russell Ewing, Jr., 1 brother: Jerry (Wanda) Broster of Bellmont, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Russell Ewing, Sr. and 2 brothers.
Memorial service held at the United Methodist church in Browns. Burial in the Browns cemetery.
