Services for Mr. Berry Lee Fisher, Jr., 66, of Columbia, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 1991 in the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Alan Miller and Rev. Bark Harrison officiating. Burial was in Columbia Hill Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home, Inc. of Columbia.

Mr. Fisher died Sunday, February 24, at his residence after a brief illness.

Mr. Fisher was a retired employee of Manville Forest Products and South Central Bell, a veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred Lee Fisher of Columbia; daughters, Mrs. Patricia McKeithen and Mrs. Sharon Basco, both of Columbia, and Mrs. Ellen Stringer of Union City, Tennessee; sisters, Mrs. Flora Cottingham Marks, Mrs. Ethel Whitlock, Mrs. Irbie June Meredith, Mrs. Onnie Pinion, all of Columbia, and Mrs. Lola Brensing of New Orleans, Mrs. Bertha Mae Woolley of Whitehouse, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Jim Washam, Jim Fisher, Barrett Fisher, Jimmy Richmond, Edward Malcomb, Mack Spillers, Billy Joe Ainsworth and Ricky Smith.

Honorary pallbearers were Van Hayes, Hoot Reitzell, Leonard Gregory, Bryan Fisher, John Evans, Charlie Ruffin and Dennis Dannehl.
