Christina was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Sarah (Acker) Dilling, the wife of Jacob Cantonwine, and the mother of thirteen children: Henry Dillon and George Dillon [who both died in the Civil War], Mary Ann "Jane" (m. John Coon), Susan (m. Samuel Stewart), Sarah Elizabeth (m. Joseph Milton Lamb), William Wesley (single), Catherine (m. Isaac Onstott), Martha (died in infancy), Alfred Dennis (m. Hannah Etta Guire), Nancy Ellen (m. Thaddeus Duckett), John David (m. Addie Guire), Emma Jane (m. John Burgman), and A. J. G. (a daughter whose last appearance was in the 1880 census, age 10, living with her brother Alfred Dennis.) Since she wasn't found in the 1885 census living with her brother, one might conclude that she died between the ages of 10-15.
