Mrs. Harrison was born in Madison county on Dec. 4, 1869. She was a daughter of Erastus S. and Alida Robinson Mapes. She was married Dec. 25, 1889, to Charles B. Harrison, who preceded her in death.
Her entire life had been spent as a resident of Madison county.
She is survived by nine children: Edith Harrison of Winterset, Mrs. Flossie Davis of Des Moines, Archie Harrison of Creston, George Harrison of Marshalltown, Roy Harrison of Moravia, Mrs. Fern Plymesser of Greenfield, Mrs. Helen Johnston of Dexter, Mrs. Ivo Lane of Orient and Mrs. Lela Herrick of Dexter. She also leaves a brother, Harve Mapes of Winterset; and a sister, Mrs. Ola Garret of Hansel.
