Mr. Wolfinger was born in the Chewsville district, son of William H.H. and Susan A. Wolfinger.
He was graduated from St. John's College, Annapois, and later studied law in the office of the late Judge M.L. Keedy. After admittance to the bar, Mr. Wolfinger soon became a leading attorney. In 1911, he was elected State's Attorney for Washington County and served his term with a brilliant record. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wolfinger took a great interest in farming and for some years had managed two large farms in the county. He was a great lover of flowers and took a deep interest in he raising of flower gardens.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, William, Marsh Pike and Richard, Harrisburg, Pa.
