Sarah A. Eisenhooth, 66, of Jackson Township, died at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edward H. Eisenhooth.

The service will be 8 p.m. Friday at the Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Following cremation, burial will be in Rohlers Mountainview Cemetery. Viewing will be 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

She was born Nov. 28, 1928, in York. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Kathryn (Scantland) Eckenrode.
Mrs. Eisenhooth was employed as a finisher for five years with the Pfaltzgraff Co. She attended the Ambassadors Bible Chapel, Manchester.

She is survived by six daughters, Regina I. Harlacher of Spring Grove RD 4, with whom she lived, Ellen E. Claybaugh of East York, Josephine Hartman of East Berlin, Dorothy Hartman of Dover, Fayette Heikes, Etters, and Ruth C. Sharpe of New Oxford; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Eckenrode of York, and Thomas Eckenrode of Dover; and two sisters, Violet Snelbaker of Manchester, and Geraldina Swords of Glen Rock.

Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Richard Stambaugh.
