Mrs. Mary Jane Glines King, 81, widow of Edson King and former resident of Ferron, Utah, died yesterday afternoon at the home of her nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Beers, 1055 East Ninth South Street, of infirmities incident to age.

Mrs. King was born at Cedar Fort, Utah, May 5, 1856, a daughter of James Henry and Elizabet h Ann Myers Glines. She was the fifth child of a family of 15 children She was an active member of the Church having served in the Relief Society in the Ferron Ward and Emery Stake. Recently she resided with a son, William E. King, in Monticello, and later lived with another son , Warren E. King of Grace, Idaho. She had been in Salt Lake City since December 28, and had been engaged in Temple work.

Surviving, besides her sons, are two brothers, William Henry Glines, Salt Lake City and Andrew Lawrence Glines, Los Angeles, California.: 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mary Jane Glines King, 80, died January 17, 1937 in Salt Lake City at her residence, 1055 East 9th South of a coronary occlusion.

She was born May 5, 1856 in Cedar Fort, Utah to James Harvey Glines and Elizabeth Ann Myers Glines. She married John Edson King on September 9, 1880 in the Endowment House in Salt Lake City.

Interment was made in the Ferron Cemetery. Olson Mortuary handled the funeral arrangements.
