Virginia L. Snow, 71 of Fayetteville died June 6, 1993, in a Fayetteville hospital.
She was born April 26, l922 in Kingston, the daughter of Robert C. and Myrtle J. Clark Lane. She was a retired credit manager for Dillard's and a member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church. She was a Gold $tar wife, a member of the Home Economics Club, the Business and Professional Women, Order of the Moose, and was active in the American Legion. She was the widow of Jack Combs, who was killed in World War II, and Eugene Snow.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Combs of Fayetteville and Phillip Snow of Richardson Texas; one daughter, Sidney Combs Hoopes of Idaho Falls, Idaho; one brother, Doy Fay Lane of Fayetteville; two sisters, Jo L. Mhoon of Springdale and Joyce Thompson of Rogers; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rolling Hills Baptist Church with the Rev. Layne Smith officiating. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, under the direction of Nelson's Funeral Home of Fayetteville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
