Daughter of Oscar and Ronnaug Norskog. Married Conrad Fosland in 1933. They had four children: Donald, Joanne Johnson/Bock, Carol Forsberg and Yvonne Bluth. Vivian taught country school. In 1952 Connie and Vivain moved to Richfield where Vivian worked for National Tea Grocery Store and later for the Postal Service. Her husband, Conrad, died in 1966. In 1975 Vivian married David Carlson. David and Vivian lived in Hector. David is buried in Mission Covenant Cemetery.
