After marrying in 1939, she settled in Tacoma where she raised 2 children, worked at Day's Tayloring, and taught Sunday School. Upon completion of Business College, she worked at Madigan General Hospital.
Other activities included travel, family events and church activities.
After retiring, she and her husband, wintered in Mesa, AZ.
