Mary Emmeline McGlothlin, 91, of Marble Hill, died Oct. 18, 1996 at Bond Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 19, 1905 in Lodge; daughter of Robert Carl Alexander, formerly of Clearfield, PA, and Mary Emmeline Minter Alexander, of the Trace Creek community.
She and Lee Alexander McGlothlin were married June 1, 1927. He died May 18, 1975.
She was a housewife.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marble Hill.
She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors are two sons, Michael L. McGlothlin of Diamondhead, MS; and Kenneth L. McGlothlin of Kansas City, MO; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-granddaughters; and three step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Claude V., Henry W., Charlie C., John H.; and three sisters, Gertrude, Lettie and Ruth.
