TECUMSEH, Feb 26--Marian Hammill, aged nearly ten years, only daughte of Mr. and Mrs. David Hammill, who live five and a half miles southwest of Tecumseh, died yesterday(Feb. 25, 1934) morning at 6 o'clock in the University hospital in Ann Arbor of steptococcic meningitis. She had been ill three weeks and was taken to the hospital Friday.
She is survived by her parents and three brother, John, Donald and Leroy, all at home. Marian was a pupil in the fifth grade of the Lanning school and attended the Presbyterian Sunday School in Tecumseh.
The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Belding Funeral Home. The burial will be made in Brookside cemetery.
