Milton was employed by the former Ammon R. Smith Co. for 20 years, and was a selfemployed used car dealer on Carlisle Road for several years. He attended Dover High School and was a graduate of Thompson Business School, York. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in York, the Elk's Club, and the York County Garageman's Assoc. He was a past member of the Advisory Board for the former York Bank and Trust Co.
Mr. Hake is survived by one son, Dr. Terry Hake and wife, Rachel of Williamsburg, Va.; two granddaughters, Dena Wrote of Hagerstown, Md., and Paula Scholz of King George, Va.; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Odell Poff of York and Edith Hamme of Spring Grove; and one brother, Lorne Hake of Findlay, Ohio.
There will be a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, Inc., 2290 School St., York (Shiloh). The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday with his nephew, the Rev. Todd Witmer, officiating. Final resting place will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Chapter of the National Parkinson's Foundation, 964 Hill Dr., Allentown, PA 18103-6113."
