Charles H. Kelley, 76, formerly of Hull, a retired farmer died at 4:15 AM, Saturday, October 10, 1992, in the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy where he lived.

Born Nov. 17, 1915 in Pike County, Mr. Kelley was a son of Charles L. and Lillian Hull Kelley. He was an Air Force veteran of WWII and a member of Masonic Lodge 910 in Hull.

On Sept. 7, 1943 he married Mary E. [should be T.]. Keim in Wenatchee, WA. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a son, Gary E., four sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Charles E. of Roswell, NM and Lawrence W. of Monroe City, MO; a daughter, Mrs. Garrill (Mary Ann) Allensworth of New Canton; a brother, Scott of Quincy; two sisters, Margaret Reynolds of Quincy and Mrs. Merle (Eleanor) Lightle of Payson; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Service will be conducted at 10 AM Wednesday in All Faiths Chapel at the Illinois Veterans Home by Rev. William S. Warford. Burial will be in Akers Chapel Cemetery near Plainville.
