Georgia Katherine Smith Freeman, 91, died Sept. 18, 1996 at her residence.
A native of Colfax, Wash, she was born Jan. 18 1905 to George Thomas Smith and Jessie Maud Hickman, and had lived in Reno since 1945, coming from Seattle.
Mrs. Freeman was a dealer in gaming for 20 years and an aluminum welder during World War II.
Surviving are stepson, Dean Freeman of Livermore, Calif,; three stepgrandsons and one niece and four nephews, and two great nieces.
