MRS. CLARA ECKER
Mrs. Clara Ecker, 77, Stockbridge, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Calumet Memorial Hospital following an illness of one month.
Born March 15, 1880, in the Town of Harrison, she was the daughter of Albert and Margaret Dorn. On Nov. 12, 1901, she was married to John Ecker. They resided on a farm in the Town of Stockbridge until the death of Mr. Ecker in 1946 when she moved to the village.
Surviving are four sons, George, Stockbridge, and Ray, Hillary, and Marvin,Chilton R. 3 ; three daughters, Mrs. Ed Schreiner, St. John, Mrs. Elmer Leitner,Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Ervin Hauser, Sherwood; 24 grandchildren; nine
great-grandchildren; two brothers, Albert, Holland, Mich, and Raymond, Waukesha;and a sister, Mrs. Donald Wilson, Menasha.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Schinderle Funeral home,Stockbridge, and at 10 a.m. in St. Marys church, Stockbridge. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. William Wellinger will officiate.
