Doris Jane Sabo passed away suddenly on Sunday July 13th, at her home in Topeka Kansas. Doris was born May 29th 1935 in Arrington, Kansas. She spent most of her childhood in Arrington, KS with her parents and 5 brothers and sisters. She attended Atchison Co. Community High School and graduated in 1953. After marrying Roy Sabo she spent many years traveling with the Air Force. She enjoyed gardening, hummingbirds, arts and crafts, reading, following KU sports and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father Roland, mother Lucille, husband Roy, sister Helen, and daughter Janelle. She is survived by her son Scott Sabo, daughter-in-law Katie and grandchildren Ryan, Chloe, and Reese Sabo, son-in-law Dan Dunsford and grandchildren Laura and Jill Dunsford, sisters Judy Hedden and Cora Rathert, brothers Gene Abramson and wife Guyla, and Charles Abramson and wife Helen, and many other beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members whom all loved her dearly. A viewing will be held at Parker Price Funeral Home in Topeka on Monday, July 21st from 6-8p.m. The funeral service will be held at Larkinburg Cemetery in Larkinburg on Tuesday, July 22nd at 11a.m. Doris Jane Sabo
