Euphemie was born in Île-Dupas, Berthier Co., Québec on December 10, 1810, the daughter of François Dezery [sic] and Elizabeth Sicard.  She was baptized on the following day in the parish of Ste-Geneviève-de-Berthier.   Her godparents were François Cornelier and Marie Joseph Cadet-Cornelier.  She died on April 23, 1820 at the age of 9 years and 5 months and was buried 2 days later in the cemetery of the parish of La Visitation-de-Île-Dupas.
