Faye Robbins, 90, of Middletown, died Saturday, March 13, 1999, at her residence. She was born on Oct. 4, 1908, in Blountville, Tenn., and spent 65 years in the Middletown area. She was a homemaker and was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Robbins; parents, A.D. and Lydia Cartwright; brothers, Allen and Harley Cartwright; a sister, Milliga Butler; and two grandsons. She is survived by three sons, Thomas A. Robbins, and his wife, Anna May, of Perrysburg, John W. Robbins, and his wife, Carol A., of Monroe, and Richard Robbins, and his wife, Trish, of Houston, Texas; three daughters, Nancy Draut, of Bath, Maine, Mary Lou Salzar, and her husband, Ray, of Palo Alto, Calif., and Betsy Schwitzer, and her husband, Marty, of Clearwater, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Reva Martin, of Middletown, and Matalene Wiley, of Oxford; and four sister-in-laws, Leona Cartwright, of Eaton, Opal Cartwright, of Atlanta, Ga., Pauline Robbins, of Middletown, and Ruth Koontz, of Tucson, Ariz.
