LEVELLAND (Special) - Graveside services for Lewis Marcy, 86, of Pampa will be at 10 a.m. today in Levelland Cemetery under direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.
Marcy died Tuesday, May 19, 1998, in Pampa.
He was born June 21, 1911, in Lynn County. He married Alva Lee Presley in 1933, in Clovis, N.M. She died May 14, 1978. He moved to Pampa from Levelland in 1972. He was a member of Spirit of Truth Ministries in Pampa. A son, Johnnie Lee Marcy, died in 1945.
He was a truck driver in the construction business, retiring in 1985.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Veach of Borger; three sisters, Nadine Scott and Elsie Stevens, both of Grand Junction, Colo., and Margaret "Trixie" Richardson of Wolfforth; a brother, O.E. of Lubbock; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Ronald McDonald House in Lubbock.
