He was born on Feb. 20, 1908, the son of James and Carrie Boehner Crim and was a lifelong resident of Springfield.
He married the former Stella M. Sands in 1931.
Mr. Crim was formerly employed as an erection superintendent at the Springfield Boiler Co., having later worked for the Cleaver-Brook's Boiler Co. in Milwaukee, Wis.
He was a member of Local 363 Boiler Makers Union.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Eva Bohannon.
Surviving are his wife, Stella M.; three sisters, Mrs. James (Margaret) Connolly and Mrs. Gertrude Russell, both of Springfield, and Mrs. Max (Gladys) Wilson of Mesa, Ariz.; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Staab Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Lee officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
