Orlo Nichols, formerly of Meadville, passed away at his home in Saegertown Friday morning after a lingering illness. He was 48 years of age. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Fred, Edwin, Mrs. Walter Baird, Mrs. William Crow(e) and Mrs. Charles Wickham, all of Meadville, and Dorothy Nichols, of Pittsburgh. Two grandchildren also survive. Mr. Nichols was a member of the Tribe of Ben Hur and for many years was employed by the Associated Gas and Electric Company here.
The remains were removed to Byham's Funeral Home to be prepared for burial and latter taken to the home of hid daughter, Mrs. Walter Baird, 692 Alden Street. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
