Mary was the third of four children born to her parents. She attended schools in Covington from Elementary school through High School, attended Northwestern College for 2 years and earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mary taught school for 25 years, 23 of them in Chouteau-Mazie schools. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing, spending time with her dog Biscuit and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother Hellen and brother John and is survived by her father and two brothers.
