Mrs. Gloria Brandon Thompson beloved mother and wife departed this life on Wednesday October 30, 1991. of Bladder Cancer. My Mother was born October 18, 1932 in Halifax Va to the Late Mr. Samuel Brandon Sr and the Late Mrs Virgie Ola Wade Brandon. She was the youngest of 9 childeren all are with her in heaven. My Mother moved to Philadelphia in the early 1960 were she met and married my Father The late Harold L. Thompson My Mother was the kind of person who would feed anybody and would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She is missed by her 3 childern Mrs Clarissa Codova and her Husband Officer Juan Codova of Philadelphia Pa, Harold Glenn Thompson of New York and Ms. Stephanie Thompson of Woobury New Jersey. She has met 4 of her Grandchildern Alicia, Arron, Jasmine,and Jermaine. She has 3 more born after her death Adam Cordova Ashley Hannan and her namesake Brandon, and a host of nieces and nephews who she loved like a mother. She loved her family and friends so much and is missed by all. My Mom was my best friend and a Mother not only to us, but to our friends and to anyone who needed to be Mothered.
