Reese T. Grubert's North Mountain Moffett Family, 1955, p 7 says: William and brother James are both buried at the Moffett Cemetery in Coles, IL and James is indeed buried here.
William married Cynthia Mitchell, sister of Sarah Mitchel (sister in law), daughters of Thomas Mitchell & Ann Galbreath, residents of near Bethel Presbyterian Church in Augusta Co., Virginia. William and Cynthia married at Bethel.
