She was born Sept. 19, 1877, in Curllsville, a daughter of David R. and Alwilda Kifer Curll. She was married to Arthur W. Neely and he preceded her in death October 1962.
She was a member of the United Church of Christ in St. Petersburg, Clarion County Historical Society, a charter member of the Venango County Chapter of the DAR, and Clarion County chairman for the American Red Cross during World War II.
Survivors include a son, Curll L. Neely, of Parker; a brother C.V. Curll, of Curllsville; a grandson David Neely, of Charlotte, N.C.; and two great-grandsons.
Friends were received at the Karle D. McKinney Funeral Home in St. Petersburg, where funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Charles Thompson, pastor of the Parker Presbyterian Church, officiated. Interment was made in the Foxburg Cemetery.
