Immigrated about 1873. Married at St. Mary Church 1873. A butcher. Four sons, 4 daughters - Margaret, Bertha, Jake, Rose, Carl, John, Leo, and Christine. Charter member of Assumption Catholic church. Died after an attack by man who didn't pay his butcher bill. Buried in St. Joseph Cemetery May 2, 1901.
