Mobridge - Funeral services for Dolores Radabaugh, 76, of Mobridge, will be Friday 10:30 a.m. at the UCC Church in Mobridge. The Rev. Jeff Piatt will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery on June 17, 2005 under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, from 3 p.m. until the conclusion of the Prayer service, which will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Kesling Funeral Chapel in Mobridge. Mrs. Radabaugh passed away June 12 at St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck. Dolores Jeanne Radabaugh was born on September 11, 1928 to Dorsey and Blanche (Walberg) Barker at Chelsea, S.D. Dolores attended rural grade school and High School in Ipswich, S.D. graduating in 1946. She then attended Northern Normal where she received her teaching certificate. On September 25, 1946 she married Tom Radabaugh in Mina, S.D. They made their home in Aberdeen, S.D. with Tom's parents. At the time of their marriage Tom was working for the railroad which took them to Avery, Idaho, Wabashaw, Minn. and Madison Wis. In 1955 they moved to Cherry Creek where Dolores was the postmaster and she and Tom ran the General Store. In 1961 they moved to Mobridge where they ran the Arcade Lounge until 1977. They then moved to Gladewater, Texas. where Dolores managed Denny's Restaurant. And in 1995 they moved back to Mobridge were they have since resided. Dolores was a member of the United Congregational Church, served on the Board of Deacons, and was Sunday School Teacher, she was also a member of Women of the Moose, American Legion Auxiliary, Eastern Star and was Past Matron & General Grand Marshall, Hospital Auxiliary Past President and won awarded the Jaycee Young Woman of the Year Award. Dolores is survived by her husband Tom of Mobridge, 3 sons Ben (Carol) of Portland, Ore.; Earl (Deborah) of Rocky Mount, N.C.; and Mark (Elizabeth) of Seattle, Wash.; 3 daughters; Marcia (Ron) Berg of Mobridge; Jeannette (Dan) Juhala of Hershey, Pa. and JoAnne (Dan Leuning) O'Bryant of Kilgore, Texas; thirteen grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren; four brothers; Robert (Deloris) Barker of Bryant, S.D.; Dean (Katherine) Barker of Bismarck, N.D.; Darrell (Carla) Barker of Minn.; Hollis (Verla) Barker of Lincoln, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents. Casketbearers are Eric Juhala, Shane Radabaugh, Shawn Madison, Dan Juhala, Dan Leuning and Ron Berg. The organist is Margaret Stadel, pianist Mary Ann Lowe and eulogist Benj Stoick.
