Orville Lloyd Ward was the youngest of twelve children (11 lived past infancy) of Richard Trulock Ward and Elizabeth SABEY Ward. He was married three times: 1st to Irene Marjorie BOYD Ward (1897-1992) married 1915-1934 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Orville and Irene had three children: Marjorie Irene WARD Randell, Richard Trulock Ward (1917-2004), and Orville Fredrick Ward. After their divorce he married Lillie AXLAND Ward (1904-1947) married 05 Sep 1935 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. They had no children. After Lillie's death in 1947, he married the widow, Elizabeth "Bessie" or "Bess" Margaret DAVENPORT Lewis Ward (1898-1999) married 22 Oct 1948 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, until his death in 1957 . They also had no children. Elizabeth had three children by her first husband (Claude Allwine Lewis (1894-1944): Elaine Margaret LEWIS, Jack Edwin Lewis, and Annette J. LEWIS
