Dorothy Elizabeth Grumbine, 85, of 925 St. Clair St. in Hagerstown, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Sept. 7, 1918, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Beard Bingaman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin S. Grumbine, in 1988.
She was a member of Hagerstown Church of the Brethren.
She operated Mason Dixon Travel Club.
She is survived by:
one son, Charles F. Grumbine of Hagerstown; and
two grandchildren,
Angela L. Grumbine and
C. Brent Grumbine, both of Hagerstown.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown. The Rev. Edward L. Poling will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
