Edith was the twin sister of Amy and daughter of Leonard & Adeline (Dickens) Millington. She and William Eric Mellow were united in marriage April 3, 1937 in Flint, Michigan. Edith worked at Whimpy's Restaurant in Flint for 13 years. She enjoyed draft beer, spending time with her family and "working" at Judy's Consignment Store. Edith leaves to cherish her memory her two children: Bill (wife Judy), Jim (wife Judi), two grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two step great-grandchildren, one very special niece Cheryl and two "adopted children" Bob and Marcia. At the age of 95, she died at Kra-Nur Mannor. Funeral Services were held at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris with burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
