Cottonwood Resident is Taken By Death

Cottonwood, April 3 -- Henry Reiland, 42, died last evening at 6:15 at his home here following an illness of several weeks.

Born March 6, 1904, at Petersburg, Neb., Mr. Reiland had spent the last 27 years in Cottonwood where he followed the trade of carpentering. He was a member of the Catholic church.

Surviving are his wife. Theresa, four children, Henry, Hames, Eugene and Esther Marie, at home; three brothers, John, Colton, Wash.; Gust and Francis, Uniontown; two sisters Mrs. Miche Fuchs, Kelso, Wash.; Mrs. Clarence Link, Weiser.

Rosary services are to be held Friday night at 8 in Reiland home, and the funeral wil be Saturday morning at 8:30 from the Catholic church here. Burial is to be in the Cottonwood cemetery.

The body is in charge of Vassar-Rawls funeral home, Lewiston. It will be taken to Cottonwood Friday morning.
